Andrew Middleton is the founder of I'm Not Done Yet (INDY), a community helping people aged 50-70 stay relevant, find purpose, and make an impact. With a background in blue-chip corporates, national charities, and working with VIPs, he brings strategic insight and a passion for meaningful change.

Andrew is driven by the motto “Have fun, earn income, do good”, shaping INDY to support those navigating midlife transitions. Whether through coaching, networking, or content creation, he’s dedicated to helping others make the most of this stage of life.

Meet Jane

With a background in retail and now firmly established in the world of portfolio working, Jane brings a keen eye for detail to supporting INDYs. She is particularly passionate about helping companies improve how they engage and support their employees, ensuring workplaces are more inclusive, effective, and fulfilling.

Jane’s experience enables her to bridge the gap between business needs and employee wellbeing, creating better environments for both.

Meet Karen

Karen Knott is a retirement coach on a mission to help people make the most of their next chapter.  She is the founder of Prime Time Possibilities, where she helps clients seize this unique opportunity to redesign a future that’s authentic, fulfilling, and deeply aligned with what matters most. Her mantra is simple but powerful: be intentional.

 With a background in education and business - and 18 years of coaching under her belt - Karen brings a mix of experience and fresh thinking to one of life’s biggest transitions.

 Known for her visual tools and holistic approach, she helps clients turn uncertainty into clarity and possibility into action.
